yobi3d.com – Search Engine for 3D models of Everything | 3D Printing

Yobi3D

“Are you a digital animator, 3D printmaker, or just like looking at cool rotating 3D models of things? Then Yobi3D is for you. The search engine, which launched in June, is basically the Google of 3D object renders. Type in almost any conceivable generic object name (even some proper nouns) and you’ll get a grid view of 3D models sourced from around the web. You can also rotate the models directly within the search results pages.” Souce: TheVerge.com

GranTurismo6 coming with GPS logger

GT6
Gran Turismo 6 to feature over 1200 cars and 100 track layouts
Drivers will be able to record real GPS data from their own car and then recreate the route as a track in the game. The ‘GPS Visualizer’ also utilises GPS coordinate data from a real car on the real-life versions of the GT6 circuits. The data can then be imported into GT6 to create a ‘virtual’ replay image of your laps in the game.

Dryft virtual keyboard

DryftKeyboard
Swype Co-Founder creates Dryft virtual keyboard, wants to change the way you type on tablets
Simply lay your fingers on your tablet, and Dryft will dynamically change the position of the keyboard as you type. You can even lay all your fingers on the surface of the screen as you would a physical keyboard, with Dryft knowing the difference. This is thanks to Dryft’s software working with your tablet’s accelerometer to detect taps on the display.
